Worldsoul-Searching guide

The Worldsoul-Searching meta-achievement requires completing a total of 8 achievements. Most of them can be finished through normal gameplay without heavy coordination, though a few may prove more challenging and require extra effort. Below is the full list of required achievements.

Worldsoul-Searching rewards guide

In addition to the main meta-achievement completion rewards, Worldsoul-Searching also grants a wide variety of extra collectibles as you progress through the required achievements. These rewards span multiple categories, making the journey just as rewarding as the final completion itself.

Now with that’s done, let’s overview Worldsoul-Searching achievement.

Worldsoul-Searching achievement guide

Let’s first start with the easier ones:

Renown achievements

If you’ve actively played through The War Within, there’s a good chance you’ve already completed most of these achievements. One of the more time-consuming requirements, however, is Owner of a Radiant Heart, which involves a longer-term progression grind.

To make this easier, we’ve prepared a separate guide that walks you through the most efficient ways to earn Renown with this faction and complete the achievement as quickly as possible.

Raid achievements

The raid-related achievements: Nerub-ar Palace, Liberation of Undermine, and Manaforge Omega require you to defeat all bosses across the three raids in The War Within. These achievements can be completed on any difficulty, including LFR, making them accessible even if you don’t regularly raid with a group.

Because of this requirement, Story Mode completions do not count toward these achievements. However, clearing the raids through LFR wings or via a boost is generally quick and efficient, making this portion of Worldsoul-Searching relatively straightforward and fast to complete.

Glory of the Delver

Glory of the Delver is the meta-achievement for Delves in The War Within and focuses on completing a wide range of Delve-related challenges, including story completion, exploration, mastery objectives, and progression milestones.

To complete Glory of the Delver, you must earn the following achievements:

• Delve Loremaster: War Within: Complete all Delve storylines available in The War Within delves.
• Leave No Treasure Unfound: Find all Sturdy Chests scattered throughout War Within delves.
• Sporesweeper: Complete a Fungarian delve on Tier 8 or higher without being hit by Explosive Spores.
• Spider Senses: Complete a Nerubian delve on Tier 8 or higher without taking damage from eggs or triggering web traps.
• Daystormer: Complete an Order of Night delve on Tier 8 or higher without triggering an Artillery Fire.
• Brann Development: Raise Brann Bronzebeard to level 25.
• My First Nemesis / My New Nemesis / My Stab-Happy Nemesis: Defeat the current season’s Delve nemesis.

The War Within Pathfinder

The War Within Pathfinder requires you to complete the main storylines in The Isle of Dorn, The Ringing Deeps, Hallowfall, and Azj-Kahet. These storylines are part of the core The War Within campaign, meaning you’ve likely already completed most of these requirements through normal progression. You can easily track those storylines on your map when you’re in one of those zones.

In addition, the Khaz Algar Explorer achievement asks you to fully explore every zone in Khaz-Algar. Using the TomTom addon with the coordinates listed above is the fastest way to uncover all required locations and finish this achievement efficiently.

Going Goblin Mode

The Going Goblin Mode achievement is the meta-achievement for the Undermine zone and requires completing a variety of activities throughout the Goblin capital.

To complete Going Goblin Mode, you must finish the following achievements:

• Adventurer of Undermine: Defeat at least 10 rare mobs in Undermine (Easily trackable on the map, spawn with time).
• Treasures of Undermine: Collect all one-time treasures found throughout the zone.
• Nine-Tenths of the Law: Locate and successfully open all five Muff’s Auto-Lockers scattered across Undermine.
• Read Between the Lines: Find and interact with all lore books in Undermine.
• That Can-Do Attitude: Kick 25 Discarded Cans located around the city (Located everywhere in Undermine).
• You’re My Friend Now: Befriend all five grabbable rats in Undermine.

Completing all of these achievements will earn you Going Goblin Mode and move you one step closer to finishing the Worldsoul-Searching meta-achievement.

Unraveled and Perservering

Unraveled and Persevering is the meta-achievement for the K’aresh zone and focuses on completing a wide range of activities across the shattered Ethereal homeworld.

To complete Unraveled and Persevering, you must earn the following achievements:

• Remnants of a Shattered World: Defeat all rare mobs found throughout K’aresh.
• Treasures of K’aresh: Collect every one-time treasure located in the zone.
• Explore K’aresh: Fully explore the zone and uncover all areas on the map.
• Dangerous Prowlers of K’aresh: Locate and pet all hidden furrkins scattered across K’aresh.
• Secrets of the K’areshi: Find and interact with all lore books in K’aresh.
• Bounty Seeker: Complete 4 Warrant quests tied to K’aresh.
• Power of the Reshii: Fully upgrade the Reshii Wraps artifact cloak.

Dangerous Prowlers of K’aresh requires you to pet specific mobs, here’s their location:

Bounty Seeker requires you to have: Purple Peat Cell Key, Xy’vox Refuge Dampener, Grubber Lure, Arcane Lure, Shatterpulse Cell Key, Hollowbane Portal Key. All of the keys can be purchased directly from the Auction House, as none of them are bind-on-pickup. With this way you can complete this achievement extremely fast.

Explore K’aresh is the most easiest component of this achievement as you naturally unlock most of the map portions while doing K’aresh campaign quests. The only problematic point is Vanquisher’s Wake located [53.06, 13.66].

Power of the Reshii requres you to fully upgrade Reshii Wraps. We’ve got a separate guide for this too.

Secrets of the K’areshi is another find an item achievement, here is the table for items:

All That Khaz

Finally we’ve got All That Khaz. Completing it unlocks a Warband campfire / character selection screen that showcases the Earthen village south of Dornogal.

How long does Worldsoul-Searching take?

The time required depends on which achievements you already have completed and how actively you play:

• Khaz Algar Glyph Hunter, Khaz Algar Lore Hunter, and Khaz Algar Flight Master can all be completed in about an hour by simply flying around the zones.
• Allied Races: Earthen can usually be finished within a few hours, with the Merrix and Steelvein questline being the most time-consuming part.
• Loremaster of Khaz Algar takes several hours, as it requires completing every side quest across all Khaz Algar zones. Since progress can be made on any character, this is a great opportunity to level alts while working toward completion.
• Khaz Algar Diplomat is the longest grind. If you’re starting from zero Renown, expect it to take a couple of months through normal weekly play. However, focused grinding such as: collecting treasures, killing rares, completing Keyflame quests, and following rumors can reduce this to as little as three weeks.

Overall, players who are already active in The War Within will find that much of Worldsoul-Searching is already complete or close to completion, with only a few long-term achievements remaining.
