Hidden Buffs aren’t guaranteed to appear. Usually, you’ll see either Agustus or the Bear Spirit, but not both. However, you can improve your chances to get what you need.
For example, if you’re after the 10% Haste buff from the Bear, type /tar Agustus Moulaine at the start of your run. If Agustus appears, the Bear buff won’t. In that case, just leave and restart the Vision. There’s no penalty, and you can repeat this until the buff you want is available.

To get the Empowered buff, look for the Stonehead Mining building at the left entrance of the Dwarven District. If it’s open, go inside and avoid the pressure-sensitive land mines.
Navigate carefully to the second floor. Use the handrail to bypass trapped stairs. Stepping on a mine resets your progress, so move with caution.
At the top, step on the glowing Experimental Buff Mine to get teleported out and receive +10% damage buff.
How to get Enriched – 10% Critical Strike
