Delves Racing

The Delves Racing event in TWW Patch 11.2 is a competition between the Horde and Alliance to see which faction can complete the most Delves in short time. To get started, head to the Delver’s Headquarters in Dornogal on the 11.2 PTR, where you’ll find a flag next to Brann Bronzebeard. Speak to Brann, and he’ll explain that he’s set up a faction-based race for fun and bragging rights.
At the moment, the race isn’t fully active in the PTR build. From what we can see, it’s a simple tally-based event where each faction’s Delve completions contribute to a shared counter. Details like the required number of Delves, event frequency, or whether higher-tier Delves count for more are still unknown.
Note
Patch 11.2 also adds the Bountiful Delves portal room and a new Bountiful Delves skip feature, making access to Delves faster and more convenient. With these additions, it looks like completing the Delves Racing event could be a fairly quick and straightforward task.

Bonus question:Do you think this event will bring actual gameplay changes to Delves—like faction-themed enemies or objectives—or will it remain a purely cosmetic and background competition?
