To get the Resplendent K’arroc mount, you need to earn the Ecological Stability achievement through the Ecological Succession activity. Here are all the steps:
- Unlock Ecological Succession activity.
- Progress through the Ecological Stability achievement (details below.)
- Talk to Ve’nari in The Oasis, K’aresh.
- Accept the quest The Hope of K’aresh and complete it by speaking with nearby NPCs:

To complete Ecological Stability achievement, you need to get all 7 specimens and raise the integration status of all of them by 6 ranks with Campaign and Repeatable Quests in the Oasis. Check your specimen’s rank status at the Oasis Console in K’aresh at /way 75.8 33.9.
