Balance of Power is a long questline with 21 steps that takes you through most of the Broken Isles, including dungeons, raids, and world quests.
In Legion Remix, the main advantage is daily raid resets. Normally, the questline takes weeks because of rare raid drops from The Emerald Nightmare and The Nighthold. But in Remix, you can finish it in a day thanks to faster resets and higher drop rates. Timerunner characters also move quicker, making dungeons and quests much faster to complete.

How to start Balance of Power Legion Remix
To start Balance of Power in Legion Remix, complete the A Glorious Campaign achievement. After that, the Image of Kalec will appear in your Class Hall or in Azsuna (/way 48.0 25.6) with The Power Within quest. This is the first step in the questline.
Note
If you’ve just finished your Class Campaign, wait one day for the daily reset to see Image of Kalec.
Balance of Power Chapter 1
Here are all the quests for Chapter 1 of Balance of Power questline:
- Eye of Azshara: The Heart of Zin-Azshari
- A Vainglorious Past
- Lucid Strength
- The Emerald Nightmare: In Nightmares
- The Emerald Nightmare: Essence of Power
- Essential Consumption
All dungeons require Mythic 0 difficulty only.
Raid drops are available on all difficulties. Drop rates are increased, and you can farm LFR, Normal, Heroic, and Mythic difficulties every day.
Balance of Power Chapter 2
Here are all the quests for Chapter 2 of Balance of Power questline:
- Repaid Debt
- Lost Knowledge
- Vault of the Wardens: Borrowing Without Asking
- The item is located on the upper platform of the lift, right after the first boss.
- The Arcway: Rite of the Captain
- Dropped by Advisor Vandros.
- Court of Stars: Literary Perfection
- Collect the item right after defeating the first boss, before heading up the tower.
- Twisted Power
- A True Test
All dungeons require Mythic 0 difficulty only.
Balance of Power Chapter 3

- Seeking the Valkyra
- The Mark
- Maw of Souls: Retrieving the Svalnguard
- A Feast Fit for Odyn
- Neltharion’s Lair: Presentation is Key
- Halls of Valor: Odyn’s Blessing
- Present feast right after entering the dungeon and defeat the boss.
