Valorant Patch 9.04 is the latest update to the game. As the game progresses through Episode 9, this patch is one of the biggest updates in recent months. Let’s check out all the new changes to better understand the update.
Valorant Patch 9.04 New Agent Vyse
Announced earlier during Valorant Champions 2024, Vyse is a new Sentinel entering the game’s Agent roster. One of the most unique agents in the game, Vyse manipulates metal to help her isolate enemies and prevent their plans.
Here is a quick list of Vyse’s abilities:
Arc Rose: Equip an Arc Rose that can be planted on any surface, becoming nearly invisible. Use it again to flash nearby players. The rose can be retrieved and redeployed.
Shear: Equip metallic liquid to set a hidden trap. When triggered, it creates a metal barrier behind the enemy for a short time.
Razorvine: Launch a metallic orb that burrows into the ground and becomes invisible. Activate to spread razor-sharp vines that slow and damage enemies who pass through.
Steel Garden: Release thorned tendrils in all directions, forming a circle of metal thorns. These thorns temporarily jam enemy weapons, making them unusable for some time.
