In a recent viral tweet, user @jnoe33 shared an inspiring tale about his eight-year-old son, Nolan, and his adventure in the Lands Between. Though a lot more player-friendly compared to other Soulslikes, it’s impossible to deny that Elden Ring remains a relentless title. Even seasoned adult gamers often struggle with its difficulty. Yet, against all odds, Nolan achieved a remarkable feat by defeating Starscourge Radahn on his first attempt.
What makes Nolan’s feat all the more impressive? The young gamer has only been playing for a few months, with just 10-12 hours of Elden Ring gameplay under his belt. And if you have watched the clip shared by his father, you can see how effortless his battle with one of the toughest bosses in the entire game was. Hopping around, occasionally not focusing on the screen, and sometimes playing with just one hand, Nolan still managed to clap Radahn into his place without any summons or help from his father.
