Baldur's Gate 3 Outshines Tears of the Kingdom on Metacritic
Baldur’s Gate 3 has clinched the crown for the highest-rated game on Metacritic in 2023. Larian’s RPG has toppled even the heavyweight contender The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK).
As reported recently, Baldur’s Gate 3 has shattered records for concurrent player counts on Steam. And now, it has successfully claimed the prestigious top spot on Metacritic’s Best Video Games for 2023 with a Metascore of 97. Previously, said position was held by TotK. However, Nintendo’s masterpiece is now in second place with a score of 96.
The Japanese title continues to stand as one of the standout performers. All thanks to its innovative gameplay and mechanics, stunning visuals, and remarkable soundtracks.
