Vessel of Hatred skill point updates coming soon in Diablo 4
Recently, Blizzard released gameplay footage, and it seems we can expect big Vessel of Hatred skill point updates in Diablo 4 soon!
The new July 19 YouTube video is a treasure trove of new and exciting information about Diablo 4’s first upcoming expansion. Thanks to insights from the Developers, we now have detailed knowledge about these majestic jungle predators called the Spiritborn. The footage showcases their gameplay and artwork and provides a glimpse of the updated skill tree tab, which now features an extra 11 skill points to assign.
Compared to the current system that allocates 58 skill points, the new Spiriborn class will have 69 skill points to spend. While it is unclear if this increase will apply to all classes, the prospect of a new level cap and additional skill trees in Vessel of Hatred, brimming with both passive and active skills, is certainly something to look forward to!
But that’s not all! The updated skill tree isn’t the only improvement. In the upcoming expansion, the Paragon level system will be available from level 60 instead of level 50, allowing for even greater customization after reaching the maximum level. For more details, check out Blizzard’s official Inside the Game video:
Given that Paragon leveling is widely regarded as the most time-consuming aspect of the current Diablo 4 progression, it’s worth considering: Is Blizzard’s decision to separate Paragon and regular skill trees a move to make the game less daunting for new and casual players? Also, would expanding skill trees with new abilities be a more engaging improvement than simply adding more skill points? We would love to hear your opinion in the comments below!
