Diablo 4 Material drop rate buff coming with bug fixes!
It’s been a month since the release of Vessel of Hatred, and while the game is “still clunky,” Blizzard doesn’t stop fixing those issues. In one of the latest community posts, Blizzard announced that the Diablo 4 Material drop rate buff will come with bug fixes.
Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred right now is in a strange state. Many new mechanics are not working as well as Blizzard hoped. Of course, the biggest elephant in the room is the new Spiritborn class with its OP builds. But there are also some other problems.
Diablo 4 Material drop rate buff and bugs
Players on various game forums have been warning other people of hazardous bugs. Because of some error, there’ve been dropping “Villagers’ Remains” items that will dupe in your inventory and cannot be dropped, preventing you from picking up other items. The exact reason why this bug happened is unknown. Players have speculated on different versions. Some think it may be due to a duping glitch, and others believe it was a purposeful hacker attack. However, there is no direct evidence regarding those versions, so we are still determining the exact reason for such a strange phenomenon.
Players have discovered that even if you pick up this item, there is still a way to fix it. Just walk out of place or teleport, and the items will disappear.
However, it won’t matter in the long run, as Adam Fletcher, Diablo Global Director of Community, has announced in his X post about acknowledging this issue. Adam also announced adjustments to the crafting material drop rate as a neat addition. So let’s hope Diablo 4 Material drop rate buff will be added soon.
While overall, it is good news, we have yet to hear about the release of the hotfix. We hope Blizzard will do something regarding this deep and concerning issue and prevent such incidents from happening so that we can have a better gaming experience.
