The Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary Edition launches globally on February 5, 2026, at 3 PM (PST). The expansion is included with an active WoW Subscription or Game Time purchase.

TBC prepatch arrives on January 13, following each region’s scheduled maintenance. By January 12, every character on Classic Anniversary realms must choose whether to advance into Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary Edition or transfer to a Classic Era realm.

If no choice is made by the deadline, the character will automatically progress into Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary.
