Most people put much effort to level up fast as they prefer end-game content in World of Warcraft. Still, many players like various low-level activities, such as having fun on the Battlegrounds. This guide will tell you how to build a level 19 twink Rogue and make it a beast in PvP.

The first thing you need to do is turn your experience gains off. You do acquire EXP from PvP activities, so you should freeze it to avoid going into a higher-level bracket. Once you reach level 19, go talk to an Experience Eliminator.

You can find one in your faction’s capital. Alliance players should visit Behsten in Stormwind City. Horde representatives need to speak with Slahtz in Orgrimmar. Both NPCs have stealthy models, so keep a sharp eye on them. Once you’ve spoken to them, go get your Behst-en-Slahtz equipment!

• Neck. Scout’s Medallion (Horde) or Sentinel’s Medallion (Alliance).
• Shoulders. Serpent’s Shoulders.
• Back. Sentry Cloak or Glowing Lizardscale Cloak.
• Chest. Armor of the Fang or Tunic of Westfall.
• Wrist. Forest Leather Bracers or Wrangler’s Wristbands.
• Hands. Gloves of the Fang.
• Waist. Belt of the Fang or Deviate Scale Belt.
• Legs. Leggings of the Fang.
• Feet. Footpads of the Fang or Feet of the Lynx.
• Rings. Legionnaire’s Band (Horde) or Protector’s Band (Alliance) and Seal of Sylvanas (Horde) or Seal of Wrynn (Alliance).

You can acquire most of these items in dungeons. Those of the Embrace of the Viper set can be obtained from bosses in Wailing Caverns. You can find some other pieces in The Deadmines and Shadowfang Keep. Everything included in the list is level 19 Rogue BiS gear. But if you’re having a hard time acquiring these pieces of equipment, you may find some other similar options with slightly lower stats.

Still, we highly recommend getting the exact Trinkets described above. You won’t be able to find anything better. Insignias are vital for removing negative effects. Arena Grand Master gives you absorption almost equal to your full HP (you will have approximately 900-1200 HP with BiS items). You practically gain an extra life in dangerous situations even though you can use the trinket only once every 15 minutes.

TALENTS

Here are some optimal talent choices for the level 19 twink Rogue build.

• Dual Wield Specialization (5/5). Subtlety tree. Increases the damage done by your offhand weapon by 50%.
• Improved Sinister Strike (2/2). Subtlety tree. Reduces the Energy cost of your Sinister Strike ability by 5.
• Improved Eviscerate (3/3). Assassination tree. Increases the damage done by your Eviscerate ability by 20%.

You only have 10 talent points at level 19. It’s not like you can actually create a build at this point. You still have some useful talents that can make you considerably stronger.

ENCHANTMENTS

The enchantments below can make your level 19 twink Rogue even stronger.

• Scroll of Enchant Chest – Greater Stats
• Scroll of Enchant Boots – Greater Agility
• Scroll of Enchant Bracer – Superior Stamina
• Scroll of Enchant Gloves – Superior Agility
• Scroll of Enchant Cloak – Lesser Agility
• Scroll of Enchant Weapon – Lifestealing
• Scroll of Enchant Weapon – Fiery Weapon

You can either craft these scrolls using the Enchanting profession or simply buy them off the auction. Keep in mind that the latter option implies considerable expenses. Some other good weapon enchantments are Scroll of Enchant Weapon – Agility and Scroll of Enchant Weapon – Crusader.

GLYPHS
