This week’s rotation

The first question that may arise for new players is when WoW weekly reset happens. The answer is that WoW resets every Tuesday at 3 PM (PST) for the US, Oceania, and Latin servers. It happens every Wednesday at 4 AM (UTC) for European servers.
Now, let’s dive deeper into our The War Within weekly to-do list, now optimised for patch 11.1.5.
Patch 11.1.5 release

Patch 11.1.5 is live, and that means it’s time to update our weekly WoW to-do list with all the fresh content and activities this patch brings!
Nightfall
The Nightfall scenario, introduced in Patch 11.1.5, is a public event where players join the Flame’s Radiance faction to defend Hallowfall’s Arathi against the Sureki forces. Participants are divided into task forces to clear battlefields and push back the enemy. Engaging in this scenario grants progression in Flame’s Radiance Renown and offers rewards like new armor sets, weapons, a customizable tabard, and a new color variant of the Delver’s Dirigible. This is a key activity in your weekly to-do list for Patch 11.1.5.
Flame’s Radiance Renown
Flame’s Radiance Renown is a new reputation track introduced in Patch 11.1.5, featuring 10 levels. Players can earn reputation by participating in the Nightfall scenario and completing daily quests such as Sureki and Radiant Incursions. Rewards include titles, pets like Mister Mans and Swiftpaw, toys, a Radiant Imperial Lynx mount, and Sacred Templar’s Tabard that evolve with your rank.
Progressing through this Renown track is an essential part of your weekly to-do list in Patch 11.1.5.
Winds of Mysterious Fortune
The Winds of Mysterious Fortune is a limited-time event running from April 22 to May 20, 2025, as part of patch 11.1.5. During this period, players receive a 20% experience boost for characters level 10–79 and increased reputation gains: +200% with Dragonflight factions and +100% with select The War Within factions.
Additionally, players can find Mysterious Satchels containing temporary stat-boosting potions, gear appropriate to their level and specialization, and two-hour 10% experience potions that stack with the event’s XP buff. This event is a prime opportunity to level alts and build reputation, making it a vital activity in your weekly to-do list for Patch 11.1.5.
Legion Timewalking Event
The Legion Timewalking Event is currently active, allowing players to revisit dungeons from the Legion expansion, scaled to current levels. This event provides an excellent opportunity to earn valuable rewards, collect Timewarped Badges, and quickly level up your alts.
While this event is live, all players benefit from the Sign of the Legion buff, granting increased reputation gains with Legion factions. To get started, head to Archivist Frithrun in Dornogal [46.4, 49.2] to pick up the weekly quest A Fel Path: Through Time from the Adventure Journal.
Objective: Complete 5 Legion Timewalking dungeons.
Rewards:
- Cache of Undermine Treasures, containing 649 ilvl gear.
Another quest that is even more easy is Whispering Felflame Crystal, which drops from the first Legion Timewalking dungeon completion. You can bring this item to Aridormu in Legion Dalaran [68.9, 48.8] for extra 500 Timewarped Badges.
World Boss Rotation
World bosses are relatively easy enemies that may drop some high-gear equipment. Defeating them also counts towards the World category in The Great Vault. Currently, there are 5 World Bosses that rotate each week. They are Kordac, Aggregation of Horrors, Shurrai, and Orta, and The Gobfather. You will be able to find a group for both of those.
You can test your luck in the Undermine while defeating Undermine world boss The Gobfather There is a slight chance of getting 642 ilvl gear. And don’t forget about Aggregation of Horrors! You can find him in in the south east of the location on a small island in the Ringing Deeps. His coordinates are [64.8, 87.8]. Unfortuantely bosses from Season 1 don’t offer Season 2 scaled gear, so defeat them only to finish Special Assignment.
Weekly Great Vault rewards

So what is The Great Vault? The Great Vault is an excellent tool introduced during the Shadowlands expansion. BfA and Legion veterans may even remember its weekly chest prototype. It lets you expect and receive weekly rewards based on your activity. Most precious of them are Tier Set gear pieces. For example, if you play Rogue, you would probably want Spectral Gambler’s Last Call set. And you can only get it from raids, using your Catalyst charge, or The Great Vault. We will dive deeper into the rewards from The Great Vault later in the article. Right now, let’s focus on the basics.
The Great Vault is located on the Isle of Drom, precisely in Dornogal. The Great Vault is always highlighted on the city map, so you will never miss it. The coordinates for The Great Vault are [55, 42]. When you click on The Great Vault, you will see that your nine slots are categorized into three sections. You only need to go to The Great Vault for rewards.
If you wish to check your progress on the Vault, access it with the Group Finder. Click on the Delves section and then on The Great Vault.
Or type in this command:
/run C_AddOns.LoadAddOn("Blizzard_WeeklyRewards"); WeeklyRewardsFrame:Show()
Your progress will be tracked in this menu.
For The War Within expansion, The Great Vault has such categories as Raid, Dungeons, and World (Delves). Let’s look at those categories and help you with min-maxing profit from The War Within Great Vault.
Delves and World events
You can focus on various The War Within to-do list world activities every week and start upgrading your Great Vault rewards. As we mentioned before, one of the categories you need to complete is World. This category counts World Event activities like weekly activities, assignments, and Delves. Delves are much more profitable.
The Delves offers a brand new experience for you to do in The War Within addon. The neat part is that you don’t need to complete them in a group. There is even no time limit for this activity. You can do regular delves to get some starting gear. But if you wish to get the best gear from Delves, you should do tier 8 Bountiful Delves with Restored Coffer Keys. So be sure to farm Restored Coffer Keys before going into Delves.
To get the maximum out of your Great Vault, you need to accomplish 8 Bountiful Delves. Remember that the rewards scale will be based on your highest-done Delves during the week. For example, completing tier 6 Bountiful Delves will grant you 626 item level Champion gear by the end of the week. Completing 8 tier 8 Bountiful Delve will grant you 649 Hero equipment. If you’ve only completed 2 tier 8 Bountiful Delves, you’ll get only one slot with the best Great Vault gear. So be sure that all 8 of your Bountiful Delves were tier 8. There is no point in doing tier 9 or higher Delves because rewards only scale from tier 1 to tier 8.
You can check out our article to learn more about the Delves activity. Still wondering where to start with Delves? We’ve got you covered. With our easy-to-follow Delves tier list, you will complete the World category without stressing. Once you’ve completed Delves, you can go for the Dungeon and Raid categories until the weekly reset time for The War Within.
Dungeons
The War Within weekly dungeon activity is the best choice to upgrade your gear quickly. Towards this category, count all dungeons you walk through, even from Timewalking events (they count as Heroic runs), regular heroic runs, and regular Mythic dungeons. Mythic plus dungeons also grant high rewards for their completion and count towards the Great Vault. In Season 2, there are currently 8 Mythic plus dungeons in rotation.
By the way, we also have guides covering all Season 2 instances—be sure to check them out!
- Operation: Floodgate
- Operation Mechagon: Workshop
- Theater of Pain
- The MOTHERLODE!!
- Cinderbrew Meadery
- Darkflame Cleft
- The Rookery
- Priory of Sacred Flame
The gear from The War Within mythic+ dungeon is scaled. For example, 10+ Mythic dungeons will grant you 655 Hero gear after completion, Heroic provides you with 633 ilvl gear, and regular Mythic 636. These are items that you can get after completing dungeons.
As for The Great Vault, here is the short version of the gear options. You’ll get Veteran 639 ilvl gear if you’ve completed Heroic dungeon. When you go for a mythic, you’ll get 642 Champion gear. And then, with a higher Mythic+ level, you can loot up to 662 Myth 1 gear. To get the best rewards from the Dungeons category, you should complete eight unique Mythic +10 dungeons from this season’s rotation, which can be extremely difficult.
As you can see, Mythic +10 rewards are incredibly juicy, so take advantage of them.
Raids
Now, let’s have a quick look at raiding activity. You don’t have to defeat all raid bosses for your The War Within to-do checklist. To complete your Raids category, you must defeat six bosses from Liberation of Undermine. All raid progressions count from LFR to Mythic difficulty.
When you defeat a later raid boss, you can also earn loot from all the earlier bosses. For instance, if you only defeated Chrome King Gallywix, you’ll gain 1/6 progress toward your Vault for this week. Additionally, the loot from LoU will be added to your vault pool for the raid slots.
You should only remember that to get the best equipment in all Raids slots, you need to defeat bosses from higher difficulties. For example, if you have cleared 7/8 Normal but only 3/8 Heroic, you will only get 1 Heroic quality piece of gear. The other two slots will give you gear from Normal difficulty raids.
The Mythic difficulty raids, however, are nigh on impossible for casual players. Not even all guilds can complete the whole raid. And with randoms, you have a high chance of not getting through even the first two bosses. So don’t be ashamed of using boosting services.
So here is the summary for The War Within Great Vault reset time. Overall, you can choose between Delves, Dungeons, and Raid categories. Based on your preferences, you can select either of them or do all of them. Even if you don’t like those rewards, you can exchange them for Algari Token of Merit currency, with which you can buy more crests or S.A.D.. Don’t forget to adjust your Loot Specialization.
Undermine weekly activities overview

In patch 11.1.5 Undermine zone, players can participate in various weekly activities that offer valuable rewards and enhance their gaming experience.
Urge to Surge
Urge to Surge is a weekly event that occurs every hour in Undermine. During this event, players engage in completing Shipping and Handling jobs to fill a progress bar. Shipping and Handling jobs are dynamic, mini-quests that players can undertake to earn various rewards. These tasks are designed to be completed while operating the G-99 Breakneck mount, a vehicle unlocked during the Undermine campaign.
Types of Shipping and Handling Jobs:
- Jobs vary in nature and can include tasks such as:
- Engaging in activities like running over cockroaches.
- Delivering items to specific NPCs.
- Eliminating designated targets.
- Performing specific actions like smashing grapes or sweeping areas.
Successfully completing these tasks rewards participants with Valorstones, Resonance Crystals, crests, and gold. But most importantly Nanny’s Surge Dividends which awards 623 ilvl Veteran gear.
Many Jobs, Handle It!
Many Jobs, Handle It! weekly quest requires players to complete ten Shipping and Handling jobs. These tasks involve delivering goods across the zone, and upon completion, players earn Valorstones, Resonance Crystals, and other valuable items. Consistently participating in this activity helps players progress in their relationships with the Cartels of Undermine faction.
Reduce, Reuse, Resell
Reduce, Reuse, Resell is a weekly quest that encourages players to engage in recycling and resale activities. By signing a cartel contract and completing three S.C.R.A.P. jobs, players contribute to environmental sustainability within the game world. Rewards for this activity include 1,000 reputation points with the Cartels of Undermine and an additional 1,000 reputation points with the specific cartel the player aligns with for the week.
Khaz Algar weekly activities overview

Let’s focus on Khaz Algar activities for this section, as they are worthy to note and are beneficial for the weekly to-do list for WoW.
- Biergoth Weekly Dungeon quest – The Weekly Dungeon Quest from Biergoth in Dornogal offers a valuable opportunity to earn 1500 reputation with any faction of your choice. In patch 11.1 you can even get reputation with Cartels of Undermine this way.
- Theater Troupe – A performance event on The Isle of Drom [56, 51], featuring cooperative tasks and a final boss fight. Completing it grants Theater Troupe’s Trove, which contains Veteran gear, reputation, and upgrade items.
- Awakening the Machine – A wave-based defense event in Gundargaz [47.4, 32.0], unlocked at Renown 3 with The Assembly of the Deep. Survive 20 waves for an Awakened Cache with crests, resources, and a chance at the Machine Defense Unit 1-11 mount.
- Spreading the Light – In Hallowfall, collect Radiant Remnants to light Lesser Keyflames and earn a Radiant Cache with crests, resources, and reputation. Remnants persist after weekly reset, making progress easier.
- Special Assignment – Unlock by completing two World Quests, then complete it for a Seasoned Adventurer’s Cache. You also need to defeat one of the original TWW World Bosses for this activity, so don’t forget to check current World Boss rotation. Available again after The War Within weekly reset.
- Severed Threads Pact – Forge a weekly Warband-bound Pact with a leader by speaking to Lady Vinazian at the Weaver’s Lair. This unlocks world quests in Azj-Kahet and resets with the weekly reset.
Final weekly activities

We will finish our The War Within Weekly To-Do List with other minor activities that can be benefitial for you.
Once you’ve done all the Delves required for your great vault reset time, you can try out defeating The Underpin. Defeating Underpin is more manageable than doing raids and Mythic+ dungeons. However, it is still challenging and offers a challenge like Mage Tower. You’ll need to complete it solo to earn all the exclusive seasonal rewards.
Finally, with The War, within weekly reset time, you will get one extra Catalyst Charge each 2 weeks to convert Veteran gear into a class 4-set piece. In The War Within Season 2, the Catalyst system has been updated. Players have received their first Catalyst charge at the start of the Season, with additional charges accumulating every two weeks.
You can however get extra Catalyst charges by earning the The War Within Season 2: Master Blaster achievement—by reaching 1,600+ Rated PvP rating, 2,000 Mythic+ rating, or defeating Chrome King Gallywix on Heroic or Mythic difficulty.
Conclusion
With our The War Within weekly to-do list for patch 11.1.5, you won’t miss any important activity, and you can quickly gear up your character or alt for the high-end content. Thanks for reading this article, and follow us for even more The War Within content!
