SpongeBob season comes with a variety of different event-exclusive SpongeBob Power-Ups. Check out this guide to learn what they do and how to get them.

Table of Contents
Brawl Stars Sponge Bob season is live, and with it comes a lot of new content. One of the biggest parts of the event is the new SpongeBob Power-Ups that can give you the edge in battle.
These new Power-Ups are time-limited and only available in modes marked with the event symbol. This means that if you do not like playing with power-ups, you can ignore them altogether.
Check out our guide on how to get all SpongeBob skins as well.
How to get SpongeBob Power-Ups
You can get SpongeBob Power-Ups from Power Meals. You can find them in the even Krusty Krab shop. Every day, you can get one power meal for free. However, remember that the Power-Ups you get from Power Meals are random.

You can also purchase Power Meals using the new event currency, Krusty Kash. Power Meals are available in the Krusty Krab shop as part of different deals.
How to get Krusty Kash
Krusty Kash can be obtained in many ways, so let’s go through them. First is the daily login bonus. You will get Krusty Kash every day when you log in. You will get ten additional Kash when you open special deals in the Krusty Krab event shop. There will also be game modes that give Krusty Kash to complete them for the first time. This will give you 100 Kash per mode.
If this is not enough for you and you want to purchase everything immediately, you can exchange Krusty Kash for gems. The shop has special exchange rates that will give you extra Krusty Kash when you purchase them. You can also buy special deals in the Krusty Krab for gems, but the exchange rate is 20 Kash per gem, which may be too pricy for F2P players even if you save enough gems.
SpongeBob Power-Ups
There are 7 different Power-Ups. Each Power-Up is made for a specific group of Brawlers. So, not every Brawler can use every Power-Up.

Each Power-Up has 3 levels. It will be upgraded every time you get the same Power-Up from the Power Meal. Of course, the higher the level, the bigger buffs you get from the Power-Up.
Krabby Patty (Tanks)
- Level 1: A Krabby Patty orbits your Brawler. If an enemy hits the Krabby Patty, it will save you from that damage and give you 70% damage resistance for a few seconds. The Krabby Patty cannot save from piercing shots (Colt’s Super, for example), but you still get the buff.
- Level 2: You get an additional Krabby Patty (2 in total). If hit, Krabby Patty will now increase your movement speed.
- Level 3: You get another Krabby Patty (3 in total). It will also now charge your super a little if hit.
Spatula (Assasins)
- Level 1: A Spatula will orbit around you. If you attack an enemy who is low on health, it will instantly kill that enemy. This disregards your damage or damage resistance to the enemy. However, remember that it has a long cooldown.
- Level 2: Killing an enemy with the Spatula will now increase your movement speed for a few seconds.
- Level 3: After killing an enemy with the Spatula, you will also go invisible for a few seconds.
Kelp Soda (Supports)
- Level 1: You will be permanently surrounded by a healing area. It will heal you and your teammates inside this area. Healing is 300 per second.
- Level 2: Healing your teammates will now change your super.
- Level 3: When you use a Super, a Power Cube will spawn ( the same as in Showdown). It can be picked up by you, your teammates, or your enemies and will increase the stats of whoever takes it. If you die while having this Cube the Cube will not drop.
Bubble (Controllers)
- Level 1: Your shot will leave a trail of bubbles on the ground. If the enemy steps on those bubbles, it will take 300 damage. The bubbles follow the aiming direction, so if your shot bounces, the bubbles will continue to go in the original direction.
- Level 2: The bubbles will be bigger, and there will be more of them.
- Level 3: At the end of the bubble trail, an explosion will spread bubbles over an area.
Chum Balls (Damage Dealers)
- Level 1: Hitting an enemy will give a Chum Ball, changing your normal projectiles to homing projectiles for a short period. This means you will not have to aim as much.
- Level 2: You will additionally get movement speed from the Chum Ball.
- Level 3: Getting a Chum Ball will now also heal you for 800 HP.
Clarinet (Marksman)
- Level 1: Your next shot will be able to pierce through the obstacles if you see notes flying around your Brawler.
- Level 2: These shots will also deal more damage.
- Level 3: Reduces the cooldown for the ability.
Pineapple (Artillery)
- Level 1: Your attacks will trigger a Pineapple that drops from the sky and deals damage. Has a cooldown, of course.
- Level 2: The Pineapple will leave an area that will damage enemies standing in it.
- Level 3: The pineapple will explode and break into 6 Pineapple chunks that will also deal damage.
And these are all the new SpongeBob Power-Ups. Which one do you think is the strongest? Share your opinion or ask any questions in the comment below.
