Let Xal’atath tell your Dragonflight Warcraft Story
Blizzard has just launched a Warcraft Story website where you can explore your Dragonflight journey statistics. Since every Warcraft player has a unique story, enter your name, region, and server, and let Xal’atath narrate it for you!

As The War Within unfolds, it’s a perfect time to look back on your Dragonflight journey. To assist you with this, Blizzard has launched the WarcraftStory site. You can ask Xal’atath to share intriguing facts and highlights from your character’s adventures on the Dragon Isles. The site also lets you generate a video featuring your character’s model, name, and random stats narrated by the Harbinger herself.

How to enter Warcraft Story site
If you’re interested, here’s how you can do it:
- Visit the WarcraftStory website.
- Enter your character’s name.
- Select your region and server, accept the terms, and wait for your character to be found.
- Once confirmed, wait for the video to be created and download it if desired.
The video is available in English, German, or French and takes about 3 minutes to create. While waiting, you’ll see various statistics from your character’s adventures, such as critters killed, achievement points, quests completed, and total deaths. Since the facts are randomly chosen, you can re-generate the video to get a different set of them.
Also, video creation happens on your device and can use a lot of RAM, so we recommend doing it on a PC. The process can also be unstable — minimizing the browser, switching tabs, or other interruptions might cause it to pause or stop abruptly. Plus, some browsers may take longer to create the video than others, so keep this in mind.
Community reaction
Even though it has only been a short time, players have already created some interesting videos. For instance, a Reddit user named DouceCanoe noted that when entering the Warcraft Story site as a Priest with the Xal’atath artifact weapon transmog, the Harbinger herself mentions that the Black Blade is no longer an empty shell. She also urges the player to either embrace the Void or be consumed by it. It’s unclear whether Xal’atath reacts uniquely to other artifacts that players could (and still can) obtain by completing class quests in Legion, though:
This type of statistics is a great innovation, and Blizzard has done a solid job by taking inspiration from musical and gaming services like Spotify and Steam, which also allow users to view their year-end stats. This way, seeing similar features in other Blizzard games would be exciting.
