TWW easter egg in Burning Crusade dialogue: Hint or a bug?

Players noticed that Grand Anchorite Almonen in Shattrath has some strange lines in his dialogue. Reddit user Formal_Awareness_359 noticed that these words might have been recently added to the WoW Classic servers by mistake. But are they? Let’s discuss this topic.

This phrase strongly reminded many players of The Ringing Deeps from The War Within expansion. And they were right! BSet262 noted that these words are the same ones that Igram Underwing Flight Master in The Ringing Deeps pronounces when you speak to him. Such a coincidence might be a simple mistake, and the developers could accidentally add this phrase to the Burning Crusade NPC dialogue. However, there is one reason why the community started actively discussing this finding.
Players are still puzzling over the Felcycle mysteries. As we mentioned before, the community is almost stuck on the 9 o’clock pillar riddle. The next step to get Incognitro, the Indecipherable Felcycle is still unknown. And as we all know, players must be extra attentive to solve such secret events in Azeroth. This is why such a change in WoW NPC’s dialogue can be so important.
