The second, unexpected AoE also deals 75 damage but has a larger 10-meter range. This second effect is confined within the casting circle of the ultimate.

Sidewaysgts shared a video showcasing how this works. When the Ultimate was cast on two practice bots. The bot closest to the center took the full 150 damage from the first talon. The bot positioned 9 meters away still took 75 damage from the secondary AoE field.
