Edge of Fate is here, and we now know all four Exotic weapons from it. Now that the expansion has dropped, players are diving in to see just how powerful these Exotics really are.
With Edge of Fate now live, it’s time to take a closer look at the standout weapons in Destiny 2’s newest chapter. Leading the charge is a brand-new Exotic Hand Cannon, the first of its kind in almost five years. Joining it is a powerful Exotic Scout Rifle that’s already turning heads and could make a serious impact on the current meta.
Graviton Spike Exotic Hand Canon

Graviton Spike is an Exotic Arc Hand Cannon from Edge of Fate, unlocked through a quest. It swaps between Arc and Stasis modes via Temporal Manipulation, each with unique effects. Precision hits charge the opposite mode, triggering lightning or crystal-based damage. Four catalysts enhance reload, stability, damage output, and elemental synergy.

Third Iteration Exotic Scout Rifle

Third Iteration is a Void Exotic Scout Rifle from Edge of Fate, available through the Season Reward Pass. It features a dual-fire mode: hip-fire spreads high-damage projectiles, while ADS fires a sniper-like shot that marks targets. Marked enemies take increased damage; killing them grants invisibility and Truesight. Its Catalyst causes precision kills to trigger a weakening blast.

- Bullseye Bolster: Landing a precision hit substantially increases this weapon’s target acquisition, handling, reload speed, and stability for a short duration of time.
New Land Beyond Catalyst
Here is the New Land Beyond Catalyst effect:

The New Land Beyond Catalyst will be available with the launch of the Edge of Fate expansion. Players who pre-order the Year of Prophecy Ultimate Edition will receive the Catalyst immediately when the expansion goes live. Any alternative method for unlocking the New Land Beyond Catalyst has not been confirmed at this time.
