Dragonflight 10.0.5: Change War Mode in Valdrakken

1 min read 0 0

No longer having to Hearthstone back to Stormwind or Orgrimmar, you can now enable and disable War Mode right in Valdrakken.

Playing Dragonflight, most players spend the majority of their gaming time in the new zones of Dragon Isles. Doing quests, exploring, and immersing in the dragons’ world are charming. Yet, sometimes, gamers want to join the fiercer side of WoW. With War Mode on, you are able to receive additional EXP, making leveling up less of a chore. Besides, what could be more exciting than the thrill of the unknown and the rush of potential combat in a neutral zone? Perhaps only the satisfaction of victory over one’s opponents.

However, it is tedious when you want to take it slow and enjoy the game peacefully once again. After all, you are only allowed to enable and disable War Mode by returning to your faction’s central city. You must always have your Hearthstone there or travel a long way to Stormwind and Orgrimmar. Both options are inconvenient and waste precious time. But worry not, champions of Azeroth! As the uncomfortable situation will alter in Patch 10.0.5.

The developers have made it possible to activate the War Mode in Valdrakken. This change aims to make PvP combat and world tasks more accessible for players. It eliminates the need for time-consuming teleports or long treks back to the original capitals. The new feature is expected to be a welcome addition as it caters to players who may have found the previous system tedious or cumbersome.
