If you’re interested in collecting pets, consider buying a WoW 6-month subscription. The purchase will gift you both the adorable pet and the joyful mount. However, do note that the Bright Foreseer is only available in retail WoW, while Hoplet is exclusive to WotLK.
If you have a 6-month auto-renewing subscription, the gifts will come to your Battle.net app on January 31. Remember to collect them before they expire on July 31.
