Couch Co-Op Is Arriving in Diablo IV

Diablo IV has announced an exciting improvement for multiplayer gamers — the arrival of Couch Co-Op. This feature will be available on all consoles that support the game, including PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.

THE RETURN OF COUCH CO-OP

Couch Co-Op allows you to team up with friends and battle demons side by side on the same screen. The feature was seen before in Diablo III and has gained favor from many. This method makes it easy for you to share item drops and adventures together. And the developers have made sure to improve it for seamless gameplay in Diablo IV. In previous games, only one player could access their inventory at a time. But that restriction has been lifted for this latest installment.

Only one player will need official access to Diablo IV during Early Access and Open Beta Weekends. The others will only need a Battle.net account and linked console accounts. This makes it simple to save your progression and spend more time enjoying the world of Sanctuary. The system initially supports two players. But if you have a full adventuring party, you can still group up via the 4-Player Co-Op system.

To gain Early Access, you can pre-purchase the game or order a Double Down sandwich from KFC for a free code to enter the Open Beta.

PARTY PLAY: THE KEY TO LEVELING UP FASTER

Party play in Diablo IV offers a significant advantage. The experience gained scales with the number of players in the party. Thus, the more friends you play with, the more experience you earn.

Remember to mark your calendar as the game’s Early Access period is scheduled to take place from March 17 to 19. While that, the Open Beta will run from March 24 to 26. It’s the perfect chance to test out the feature with your close ones in the comfort of your own home.
