Set in the wizarding world of Harry Potter, the game has received a warm reception from journalists who have had the opportunity to play it for several hours. Critics have praised various aspects of the game, including the immersive atmosphere and especially the combat system.
Usually, players don’t expect much from a Harry Potter game when it comes to combat. But with Hogwarts Legacy, it is actually the most satisfying part. The developers had found an excellent approach to using and combining spells. They even implement physics into the battle, adding a fascinating layer of realism.
Potterheads will be delighted to see the iconic moving paintings brought to life in the game. Each has unique movements and animations as if they are alive and living within the canvas.
Gamers are also able to experience flying on a broom. Unfortunately, there has yet to be the chance to take part in Quidditch. But they can still enjoy the unlimited exhilaration of soaring in the sky.
