Watch Destiny 2 Lightfall RoN Raid Race for Free Emblems
Destiny 2 lovers are more than excited for the highly-anticipated Root of Nightmares (RoN) World’s First raid race. Asides from the intense actions incoming, you can expect to receive two free emblems just by watching Twitch.
The World’s First raid race is a popular event that attracts a massive number of spectators, even those who have never played Destiny 2 before. The Root of Nightmare will open its gate on March 10. During the occasion, fireteams of six Guardians will compete to acquire the coveted title and reward. In 48 hours, they will navigate through the bosses and challenging objectives presented before them.
While the race itself is already an exciting event, Bungie has decided to sweeten the deal by giving Twitch viewers free emblems. To be eligible, you need to complete the following steps:
- Connect your Bungie and Twitch accounts
- To get the Particle Acceleration: watch at least two hours of any content creator who participates in the event during Contest Mode
- To get the Dim Italics: watch two hours of the race on Twitch Rivals live
The new raid is expected to be a tough challenge for even the most dedicated players and may reveal new insights into the game’s lore. Many are hoping there will be more development regarding “the Veil.” Despite the massive leak before Lightfall went live, little information is known about what will happen in RoN. But within the community, there is some concern that the bugs and glitches recently discovered may impact the race. One can only hope that Bungie has taken all necessary measures to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience.
