A recent leak from a reputable Destiny 2 insider has sparked excitement among the game’s community. Rumors abound that the returning raid in Season 22 has a high chance of being Crota’s End.
The discussion surrounding Season 22’s comeback raid has never lost its heat. Earlier this month, Liz, a reputable leaker in the community, confirmed that the instance will be neither Scourge nor Wrath. Since then, not much information has made it to the Internet. Until now.
While we can’t be entirely sure about the exact identity of the coming back raid, the latest update strongly indicates the possible presence of Crota. Guardians are in for a truly special experience if the leaked information proves true. Get ready for an exhilarating and nostalgic adventure at the dangerous depths of the Moon’s Hellmouth.
What Is Crota’s End?
Crota’s End originally debuted in the original Destiny’s expansion: The Dark Below. It introduced players to Eris Morn and immersed them in a battle against the formidable Hive god, Crota. This raid took Guardians deep into the Moon’s Hellmouth, where they faced various trials to vanquish the menacing deity. Crota’s End is the shortest raid in the whole roster of the original game.
It’s important to note, however, that there has yet to be any official information from Bungie. So, take this leak with a grain of salt. But considering Liz as the source of this news, those who enjoyed the mentioned raid can remain hopeful to see their favorite instance once again.
